  • Strong mathematical skills, including geometry and trigonometry
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly with drafting software
  • Exceptional communication abilities are essential
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Safety-conscious and adheres to shop safety protocols
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
