Sunnyside Presbyterian Home is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve optimal mobility, relieve pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical therapy needs.
  • Administer manual exercises, massage, and use equipment as necessary to help patients achieve their treatment goals.
  • Evaluate and record patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement plans for patients following completion of their treatment plan, including in-home care services.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
  • 23 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current Physical Therapist state license and CPR certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
