Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of medical devices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of medical devices, including connected health wearables, therapy systems, and surgical robotics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product development, with a mix of early-stage design, full development, and new product introduction.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
