Division IT Manager

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the Division's IT department as an IT Director - Business Solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management and experience in implementing systems solutions to business problems.

• Develop and implement annual IT plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Direct the implementation and maintenance of systems and services that support essential business functions.
• Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of these systems or services against established guidelines.
• Review and maintain compliance of systems to established standards to ensure future flexibility and maintainability.
• Provide professional and timely feedback to the corporation through established channels to identify new business opportunities for information technology applications and investments.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to deploy these services as required.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 to 15 years relevant experience
• Business and systems experience in manufacturing

• Managerial skills: Oral/written communication, coaching/mentoring/team building, customer service, organization, and planning.
