Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our team at Farrington Court Retirement Community. As a CNA or HCA, you will play a vital role in providing daily living activities and services to our residents in alignment with their individual service plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Respond to Resident Needs: Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide assistance with meals, medication, and other needs.
  • Ensure Resident Safety: Monitor residents for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nurse in charge.
  • Maintain Resident Records: Accurately record vital signs, medication administration, and other resident information as requested.
Requirements
  • Certification: Current CNA or HCA certification.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team to provide high-quality care and services.
  • Compassion: A genuine love for seniors and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
