About the Job

At RF Concrete Construction, we're seeking a skilled Pemb Erection Crew Supervisor to lead our metal building erection team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for guiding and overseeing the team's activities during the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume the role of Crew Leader, guiding and overseeing the team's activities during the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings.
  • Proficiently interpret and comprehend construction drawings and shop drawings, ensuring accurate implementation of building plans.
  • Operate a forklift efficiently and safely, facilitating the movement and positioning of materials required for the metal building erection process.
  • Maintain OSHA certification, adhering to safety standards and protocols during all phases of the construction project.
  • Execute the erection process of pre-engineered metal buildings according to specifications, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements
  • Possess a valid forklift certification, demonstrating proficiency in the safe operation of forklift equipment.
  • OSHA 10 certification, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • 7-10 years of total experience in metal building erection required.
  • 7-10 years of experience in leading a crew.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to read engineered drawings and assemble buildings according to specifications.
  • Must be able to consistently and safely lift and carry 50-75 pounds.
  • Must be able to work at heights.
  • Target individuals with managerial experience, indicating a higher level of responsibility and leadership skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus. Proficient English is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
