  • Review and analyze meter and sub-meter data.
  • Calculate potential capital and operational improvements to estimate energy and cost savings.
  • Represent the organization professionally in all interactions with clients, vendors, and project teams.
  • Engage in continuous learning through educational opportunities, professional publications, and technical organizations to enhance expertise.
  • Travel may be required for project needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering program or a related building science field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting engineering or commissioning firm.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to set goals, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing responsibilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of client expectations and the ability to meet them.
  • Basic knowledge of the architectural, engineering, and construction sectors.
  • Introductory knowledge of MEP systems, electrical testing, and commissioning requirements.
  • Familiarity with code compliance and industry standards.
  • Willingness to learn about electrical testing equipment and commissioning practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with SKM software or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vision or Project Resource Management software is advantageous.
Preferred Credentials:
  • EIT certification is preferred.
  • Certifications in commissioning, energy management, or LEED are advantageous.
