Job Summary

About the Role

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans.
  • Lead a team of LPNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes resident satisfaction and well-being.

Requirements

  • Current and unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently.
