  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; however, candidates with an associate degree and four years of relevant experience or a high school diploma with six years of experience may also be considered.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in financial counseling is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred if specified by the contract.
  • Availability to work outside of standard office hours may be necessary to meet business needs.
  • Must be able to pass a Tier 2 background investigation.
  • Possession of one of the following certifications is mandatory: Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is between $53,125 and $84,995, with actual pay adjusted based on individual qualifications and experience.
