About the Role

As a Tax Advisor at H&R Block, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for providing tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to clients throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
* Conduct tax interviews face-to-face and through virtual tools, such as video conferencing and chat
* Generate business growth and increase client retention by offering additional products and services
* Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

* 5+ years of tax experience
* Experience completing individual tax returns
* Tax planning and audit support
* Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually
* Comfort working with virtual tools
* Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
