Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Equipment Specialist to join our team at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-end medical imaging equipment, including systems applications, quality control, calibration, operating system support, applications support, software support, technical support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot high-end medical imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Establish and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support on high-end medical imaging equipment, including solving issues with medical imaging applications, electrical components, computer hardware, and software, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
  • Comply with Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety, and other applicable regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform service, calibrations, and quality assurance checks for entire imaging systems according to ISO13485 standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-end medical imaging equipment maintenance and repair, specifically with CT, MRI, and General X-ray modalities.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Basic computer skills, including understanding of computer networks and equipment interfacing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.
