**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide basic nursing care to residents, including personal care needs, preparation for activities, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
* Assist residents with daily needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
**Requirements:**
* Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
* Prior experience as a CNA in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting preferred.
* Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
