**Job Summary:**

The Resident Assistant provides assistance to residents in a manner that meets or exceeds community expectations. This role requires a big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents. If you're passionate about caring for others and have a dedicated work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair, and maintaining resident apartments.
  • Document and report care provided and resident observations.
  • Obtain vital signs, heights, and weights.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be an active Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Kansas.
  • A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
  • Must complete all state educational requirements, CPR is preferred.
  • A First Aid certification and Heimlich Maneuver training, may be facilitated by the company.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
