Your Impact

As a Client Service Representative I, you will have a significant impact on our customers' experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, sorting, and delivering mail and courier items in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Tracking and processing courier and accountable items, including FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
  • Researching and routing unidentified and generic mail.
  • Receiving, logging, and delivering messenger items.
  • Responding to customer requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performing routine upkeep of equipment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Recording and tracking customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
Shipping and Receiving

As a Client Service Representative I, you will also be responsible for shipping and receiving incoming and outgoing packages, materials, parts, or products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Shipping and receiving packages, materials, parts, or products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verifying and maintaining records of all shipments.
  • Receiving shipments and counting pieces, retaining shipment paperwork, and following delivery schedules for incoming shipments.
  • Securing customer signatures and ensuring that all shipments are properly documented.
  • Operating shipping and receiving equipment, responding to customer requests, and maintaining inventory.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Less than one year of related experience.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to work overtime as needed.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • The ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
