Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records for compliance purposes, working closely with a small team to ensure the smooth operation of the office, and overseeing various aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate logs and patient assignment lists
  • Ensure the Administration Binder is up-to-date with all necessary records and information
  • Supervise caregivers and conduct performance appraisals at regular intervals
  • Utilize a point system to optimize office staff efficiency and provide high-quality care to clients
  • Oversee office operations, including Quality Assurance, Inquiry calls, Assessments, and annual performance reviews
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and managing administrative and direct care employees
  • Develop a marketing and sales plan to expand our local market share into new areas
  • Meet the requirements of at least one year of experience in the Home Care industry and bilingual skills (Spanish speaking)
