Qualifications

  • PE preferred, but not required
  • Extensive knowledge of site grading, storm water management design, utility design, and commercial/industrial design experience
  • Subdivision design, zoning research, and analysis experience
  • Real-world construction and problem-solving skills
  • Concept site layout experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Passion for design quality and desire to produce high-quality designs
  • Attention to detail
