Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client leadership, engineering teams, and Technical Directorate personnel to effectively manage and document incoming client requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Design system concepts that cater to operational mission requirements set forth by the client.
  • Facilitate Agile program management for technical development while serving as the organization's Agile Scrum Master.
  • Coordinate design reviews, including Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR), document feedback, and ensure all discrepancies are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating testing designs and related systems.
  • Maintain a catalog of technical capabilities that are operationally approved for deployment, in development, and identify unfilled technology gaps.
  • Support the management of engineering resource requirements in line with client budget allocations and mission needs.
  • Contribute to the development of a technical roadmap on an annual basis.
Qualifications

Essential:
  • Must possess TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a systems engineering role, Agile Scrum Master, or a similar capacity with the sponsor.
  • Proven experience in supporting the sponsor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technical requirements and conduct thorough technical reviews of documentation.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Preferred:
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Certifications in Project Management or Systems Engineering.
  • Certifications and experience in Agile Development.
  • Experience in cable writing.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science/Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
