Position Summary

This role involves supporting educators in elementary or secondary educational settings by implementing effective strategies that promote positive behavior among students, ensuring their safety, collecting relevant data, providing behavioral interventions, and maintaining comprehensive records of student progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply techniques to encourage positive student behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with the classroom instructor to ensure student safety.
  • Deliver behavioral interventions utilizing established methods.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the core curriculum.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with meeting additional criteria such as passing an assessment test or holding an associate degree or relevant college credits.

Language Proficiency

Must demonstrate the ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in front of groups, including students and parents.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, and perform physical techniques as necessary.

Professional Standards

Maintain exemplary standards of professional behavior, including confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.
