Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our admissions team as an Admissions and Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and advising students on our medical program, as well as developing and implementing effective communication processes with prospective students and applicants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment of future students and advise them on our medical program.
  • Develop and implement effective communication processes with prospective students and applicants.
  • Work closely with the Promotions Director/Marketing and Vice President of International Affairs to identify recruitment markets and students.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques, customer service and interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
