Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Oncology team as an Infusion Nurse. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer chemotherapy and biologic therapies, and support patients participating in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insert peripheral intravenous catheters and establish access via implanted devices.
  • Administer systemic chemotherapy and biotherapies, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring.
  • Support patients participating in clinical trials, providing education and guidance throughout the treatment process.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identifying and addressing any concerns or needs.

Work Schedule: This role requires a combination of weekday and weekend shifts, with a focus on providing flexible and reliable care to our patients.

Requirements:

  • State of Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • 1 year of experience in a relevant clinical area, with a focus on oncology and infusion nursing.
  • Chemotherapy Certification and Oncology Certification preferred.
