We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer and Content Creator to join our team at NJ Sports Spine & Wellness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and a deep understanding of how to engage audiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality video content within our clinic, including patient testimonials, procedures, educational videos, and more. This will involve filming and editing video content that showcases our medical services and expertise.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create compelling and engaging video stories that capture the essence of our medical practice and its mission. This will involve developing creative concepts and storyboards that align with our branding and marketing goals.
  • Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding graphics, animations, and sound as needed to enhance the final product. This will involve managing post-production tasks, including color correction, audio adjustments, and exporting videos in the required formats.
  • Project Management: Organize and manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content is delivered on time. This will involve maintaining a library of video content for future use, properly archiving all footage and projects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure accurate and respectful representation of medical procedures and patient interactions. This will involve participating in creative meetings to align video content with our overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a videographer, preferably within a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content requirements.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with graphic design and motion graphics is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and sensitivity to patient privacy.
  • Familiarity with SEO and video optimization strategies.
  • Basic photography skills.
