We are seeking a Merchandising Team Member to join our team. As a Merchandising Team Member, you will be responsible for stocking and merchandising products, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and Merchandise Products
    • Ensure that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is visually appealing
    • Rotate stock to ensure that older products are sold before newer ones
    • Restock shelves as needed to maintain a clean and organized store
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
    • Provide solutions to customer complaints and concerns

  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store
    • Keep the store clean and organized, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room
    • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the store manager

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Ability to Lift Up to 50 Pounds
