Position Overview:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and Implement Behavior Plans for both children and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and other developmental challenges.
  • Conduct Client Assessments and create individualized treatment plans while tracking progress through data analysis and graphing.
  • Train and Mentor Staff to provide the highest level of care.
  • Engage with Families to ensure that care plans meet their needs while complying with state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee Medicaid-Funded Behavior Services, ensuring accurate billing and regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree for BCBA or Bachelor’s degree for BCaBA.
  • Experience: Proven success in behavior analysis with a strong background in developing and implementing effective behavior plans.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage time-sensitive materials and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of state and federal regulations and experience with Medicaid billing.
