Door and Hardware Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our commercial door and hardware projects, focusing on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating, planning, and executing commercial door and hardware projects, working closely with project stakeholders and site personnel to ensure seamless execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Estimate and quote commercial door and hardware projects, considering material costs, labor requirements, and project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring on-time arrival at job sites and minimizing project delays.
  • Lead and guide site personnel to ensure quality installation, adhering to contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze project data to inform business decisions, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial door and hardware project management or a related field, preferably with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving project success and customer satisfaction.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent and rewarding exceptional performance.
