We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to play a critical role in the growth, development, and future success of our Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to deliver top-tier candidates and exceptional candidate experience. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects that span across Talent Acquisition with company-wide recognition and adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning candidate management from discovery through acquisition and onboarding for top-tier Engineering talent
- Directly supporting Hiring Managers goals through strategic talent acquisition, acting as their business partner and advisor
- Generating robust pipelines of tech talent through novel sourcing strategies for our engineering teams
- Utilizing data to help inform hiring decisions while minimizing bias
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing at a tech company or at a technology-focused search firm
- Demonstrated success and delivery of highly sought-after, top-tier tech talent
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary, exceptional benefits package, flexible vacation & paid time off, and an employer-matched 401(k) plan. The US base pay range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $140,000, which reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
