Job Title: Banquet Food Server

Join our team at Caesars Entertainment as a Banquet Food Server and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasurable dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to hotel patrons
  • Ensure food and beverage orders are accurate and served in a timely manner
  • Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests' needs
  • Clear empty plates and glasses from tables and place them in bus carts
  • Prepare sections and side stations, making sure tables are cleaned and set properly
  • Exemplify our core values, family style service, and DEI culture
Requirements:
  • 6 months previous food server experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Effective communication in English, both verbal and written form
  • Present a neat and professional appearance
  • Work requires interactions with customers, public, and co-workers
Work Environment:

Fast-paced, high-volume environment involving constant public interaction. Requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs. and may require lifting bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.
