Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to achieve productivity goals.
  • Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
  • Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and monitor the baking process.
  • Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes, and maintain baking and refrigeration logs.
  • Assist in the development of cake production plans, and monitor inventory of baking supplies.
  • Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, and ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements
