Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Campus Recruiter to enhance our Talent Acquisition efforts. This role is crucial in executing our campus recruitment strategy and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective candidates. The successful candidate will work closely with the Campus Recruitment team and various stakeholders to build strong relationships with students and academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client service professionals to share best practices and implement effective campus recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, university officials, faculty, and career services to achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Organize pre-identification and internship initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Execute sourcing strategies aimed at identifying diverse and talented students.
  • Manage logistics for on-campus recruitment activities, including interviews, career fairs, and presentations.
  • Support the office visit process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Facilitate the candidate offer decision-making process.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for interns and entry-level candidates, ensuring a high level of candidate care.
  • Partner with the Campus team to promote the Cherry Bekaert brand through various channels.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and monitor campus job postings.
  • Engage in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of HRIS systems.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly.
  • Willingness to travel as required, particularly during peak recruitment seasons.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
