Customer Service and Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Lacoste. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through personalized relationships and product knowledge.

  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs as determined by your Store Manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize product knowledge to ensure customers receive the best possible service and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Embody the Lacoste brand vision and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Operations

As a Sales Associate, you will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of store visual standards and housekeeping, as well as developing a strong understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions.

  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store standards of housekeeping.
  • Develop a strong understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions.
  • Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures.
  • Become familiar with inventory levels and understand how to use systems to check availability and perform inter-store transfers.
