Associate Creative Director

IW Group is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Associate Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to delivery, ideating and conceptualizing multiple projects, and developing and writing scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from concept to delivery
- Ideate and conceptualize multiple projects
- Develop and write scripts
- Present work to clients for approval
- Manage and mentor junior members of the creative department
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of professional work experience as an Art Director in an agency or client setting
- Knowledge of AAPI and Gen Z strongly preferred
- Must be willing and able to travel (up to 20%)
- Innovative and boundary-pushing conceptual skills
- A clear and in-depth understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Proficiency in using AI and other innovative tools for work processes and ideation
- Strong attention to detail
- Great people-person
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to tell stories with data in a simple and visually impactful way
- Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, sound judgment, and a positive attitude

Work Environment
- IW Group has adopted a hybrid work model. Managers set their own in-office schedule, but team members are requested to work in-office at least twice per week.
- While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee will spend most of the time working indoors, in the IW Group office, client office or other identified location.
- This role may require extended work hours (including nights and weekends) to complete certain projects, with or without advance notice.
- This role may require work outside of the office (e.g., client events) or travel outside of the local work area (e.g., client locations).
Physical Demands
While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
