Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee general ledger operations, with a focus on assets and complex accounts.
- Manage inventory accounting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GAAP compliance.
- Partner with finance leadership to streamline and optimize processes.
- Oversee external audits and maintain strong internal controls.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Expertise in inventory accounting.
- Experience managing multiple global legal entities.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
