About the Role

This Ophthalmology Assistant Program Director position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and ophthalmology. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, as well as developing and implementing curriculum.

Key responsibilities include teaching assigned courses, creating and managing laboratory experiences, and coordinating externships. You will also be responsible for monitoring student progress, evaluating learning outcomes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on qualifications and location. A comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
