Responsibilities

The Role We are looking for a Certified Speech Therapist to become part of our team, working with residents in a senior living environment that may include independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Therapy services for residents are typically covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.

As a Speech Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering speech therapy and wellness services to elderly clients Performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions as part of a collaborative team Assisting in care coordination by conducting regular wellness check-ins with clients, liaising with healthcare providers and caregivers, and facilitating telehealth appointments Upholding professional standards and ethical practices in line with company policies and clinical objectives Contributing to program enhancement, quality assurance, and problem-solving initiatives Enhancing each client's functional well-being and overall satisfaction

Completion of an accredited Speech Therapy program (New Graduates Welcome)
