About the Role

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Advocate to join our team. As a Support Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day services to our program participants, assisting with personal care, household maintenance, and meal preparation. You will also have the opportunity to accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day services to program participants, including personal care, household maintenance, and meal preparation
  • Assist individuals with varying levels of personal care, such as bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing
  • Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications as needed
  • Follow routines and guidelines set by the program, including behavior support plans and physical therapy
Qualifications
  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
