Job Summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Support Advocate to provide day-to-day services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or acquired brain injuries. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing
  • Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, and shopping
  • Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications as needed
  • Follow routines and behavior support plans for individuals
Requirements
  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities
  • Varied interests and personal connections in the local community
  • Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior
