As the Childhood Education Program Manager at Primrose School Franchising SPE, LLC, your commitment to nurturing the potential of young learners will be pivotal in fulfilling our mission of providing exceptional early childhood education and care.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on fostering a safe and enriching environment where both children and staff can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Leadership Team to execute the training framework for newly hired educators.
  • Conduct regular classroom evaluations to support and ensure the effective application of the research-based Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
  • Encourage a culture of involvement by enabling educators to independently devise solutions.

Qualifications:

A degree in early childhood education or a related discipline, or a CDA with a minimum of three years of experience in a preschool setting.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
