Job Summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Crew Leader - Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling crews to complete assigned work orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including assigning tasks, ensuring high-quality work, and conducting quality inspections.
  • Crew Management: Monitor task completion, compliance, and prevent safety issues. Ensure crews meet daily productivity benchmarks and maintain accurate records.
  • Material and Equipment Management: Organize materials and equipment, track inventories, and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct quality inspections, ensure installations meet/exceed codes and contractual obligations, and participate in QAQC design reviews.
  • Communication and Reporting: Submit daily hour/unit reports, maintain accurate as-built drawings, and participate in quality scorecard reviews.
  • Accident and Incident Reporting: Follow established procedures for responding and reporting accidents and incidents.
Requirements
  • Education: 6-8 years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School Degree or GED, or 4-6 years of experience with an associate degree.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift at least 100 pounds, relocate a 12-foot stepladder, and work at various heights.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to project sites. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
