Occupational Therapist Opportunity

About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and promoting independence in daily living activities.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental abilities, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field; current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
  • Experience working in a long-term care setting, preferably in a SNF environment, is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, along with a benefits package that includes a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week and a 13-week contract length.
