Your Responsibilities:

  • Uphold a professional demeanor while adhering to agency and state policies.
  • Ensure the safety of individuals by maintaining a secure environment and being fully engaged during your shifts.
  • Assist participants with their specific daily needs, routines, and activities as outlined in their care plans.
  • Facilitate community integration for individuals through various meaningful activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a 2-Year College Degree.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Completion of all required DODD trainings.
  • At least 6 months of experience in Direct Care with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Active RBT Certification with the BACB.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
  • Clean driving record.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
