- Develop and mentor team members to take ownership of key initiatives and company-wide priorities.
- Execute and manage high-priority partnerships with platform representatives.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role in high-output environments.
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a digital marketplace or e-commerce setting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and manipulate data to inform business decisions.
- Experience with two-sided platforms and marketplace dynamics.
- Passion for creator communities and live e-commerce.
- Experience and understanding of the collectibles e-commerce landscape and its major players is a strong plus.
Compensation
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100K - $120K annually.
