Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a nurse professional, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work in a variety of settings, including ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering nursing care to residents and ensuring they receive the right personalized treatments and medications
  • Working with residents and medical staff to devise care plans and explain best options for care
  • Ensuring compliance with facility policies and nursing standards, and documenting and checking the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
  • Performing fluid sample draws for lab work and leading the training and supervision of nursing staff
  • Assisting with incident investigations and checking for accuracy of reporting
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
