We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our team at Horsham Center for Jewish Life of North Wales, PA.
Shifts:
Every or every other weekend
Part Time Schedule

Admit, transfer and discharge patients/residents.
Monitoring patients/residents, notifying patient, family, physician and facility staff of any significant COC and ensure nursing care provided conform to care plans and all policies and procedures.
Ensure narcotics records are accurate for assigned shift.Receive phone orders from physicians and record on physician order form.
Must have a Registered Nursing (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience in long term care preferred
