About the Role:

The Finance Manager will work closely with project and district management to provide financial insights and support project success. You will be responsible for leading project forecast reviews, validating forecasts using historical data, and supporting the Operations team with financial decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project financial planning and forecasting
  • Validate project forecasts using historical data
  • Support Operations team with financial decision making
  • Manage employee performance and provide feedback
  • Prepare client invoicing and manage accounts receivables
  • Review prime contracts, change orders, and project cash flow
  • Implement internal controls and oversee financial audits
  • Drive continuous improvement and positive change
  • Build strong relationships with Operations team for better communication
  • Learn field operations to enhance financial understanding
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of financial analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on a construction site when necessary

  • Competitive base compensation of $91,000 - $115,000
