Operations Coordinator

We are Cal Engineering Solutions Inc, a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our offices.
This is a salaried position based on experience, with a competitive salary estimated at $60,000-$80,000 annually. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation time, health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401K plan, and holiday pay.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our staff and management with various clerical duties, including advertising job openings, monitoring attendance, and maintaining employee information. Additionally, they will assist with invoice processing, prepare time and expense reports, and provide logistical support for team travel and meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity. You should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus, as is having a reliable transportation method.
