Machinist Technician

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at Saginaw Products Corporation. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools and equipment to produce high-quality parts and products.

• Operate and maintain machine tools and equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications and standards.
• Use precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to measure and inspect parts.
• Assist in the setup and operation of CNC machines and other specialized equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Machine shop courses or experience in a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods.
