Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Kapalua. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain work areas, including stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
  • Remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables, and maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas.
  • Follow all company and safety policies, and report accidents or unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, and support team to reach common goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional service is essential.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
