Patent Attorney Opportunity

Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP, a leading international intellectual property law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join our team in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in electrical/electronics engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent
  • At least three years of patent prosecution experience at U.S. law firms in electrical/electronics and mech-electrical technologies
  • Strong technical writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Prosecution of patent applications for leading global technology companies
  • Collaboration with clients and other professionals
  • Conducting case discussions with clients
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in patent law
