Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare function rooms to exacting standards.
  • Set up equipment according to daily work sheets and resort specifications.
  • Provide exceptional service by delivering required amenities and refreshments.
  • Ensure seamless transitions between events with efficient room refreshes and breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with management to complete special projects and accommodate unique customer needs.
  • Move conference materials, programs, and equipment with ease and precision.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to the highest standards.
  • Accommodate special requests and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds with ease and move in a banquet environment.
