Job Summary

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to Med-Surg patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient and family education, promoting health and wellness.
  • Document patient care and progress in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • Minimum 1 year of acute patient care experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • ACLS and CPI certification preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
