We are seeking a skilled Per Diem Nurse to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of current RN Telemetry experience.
  • Graduate from a fully accredited RN program.
  • Active unencumbered RN California state license.
  • One year of Epic experience.
  • COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.
Skills and Abilities
  • Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
  • Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
  • Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
